"We were so fortunate to work with Nicollette for the purchase of our home in Pacific Grove. Nicolette was patient, resourceful, efficient, highly organized, and readily available to us even though there were 3 time zones in the mix. I can say with complete confidence that were it not for Nicollette’s connections in the area, and her knowledge and experience, our offer would not have been accepted. She continually responded as we evolved within our home search in what has been and will continue to be a highly competitive environment for buyers. She was unflappable on the intense offer/counter days and displayed limitless patience with our extensive questions and concerns. We were out of state buyers so she was our eyes and our ears from the moment we started looking and she took this in stride – never faltering as needs arose. She arranged for pre-offer inspections to quell our fears and made herself available at the house as these inspections took place. She met our daughter and walked her through the house for us even though she had already taken videos, photos and walked all over the property with us on Facetime several times. Nicollette also helped us after closing to get on top of some yard maintenance, and some other things we wanted done immediately - using her highly effective community of professionals to help us in an area where we know no one. She gave us all the resources we needed for utilities, a plumber for the sewer lateral work, and other connections for contractors for our future renovation. I believe she will be there for us to help us with our new life in Pacific Grove whenever we need her. Growing up in PG, she also has a deep and abiding love for all the things that make the town so special- monarchs, the aquarium, the Historical Society, parks, beaches, and even the tea shop that’s walking distance from our new home.
